Browse the collection and open a product page for its description. “From the studio” pieces are examples of our work and may need to be made again. A listing is not a guarantee that an item is ready for immediate dispatch.

Cart and quote requests

Add your favourites to the cart and send your selection with your contact details. If a piece is unpriced, its price is confirmed in a quote. Quote requests do not reserve stock and no card payment is collected on this website. Keep the reference number shown after submission.

Prices and payment

Prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD). We confirm the final item price, delivery cost, availability, production time and payment arrangements directly before you pay. Custom requests are quoted individually. Ask us to clarify anything about your quote before confirming.

Delivery in Australia

Include your postcode when enquiring. Delivery availability, postage charges, dispatch timing and estimated transit time are confirmed for your order. We do not promise a fixed Australia-wide rate or delivery date before checking the details. Adelaide collection can be discussed by arrangement.

Materials, size and care

Please ask about yarn, dimensions, fastenings and care for your chosen piece. Colours can appear different on screens, and handmade details can vary. Tell us about any material sensitivities or particular use requirements before ordering.

Contact us promptly using your reference number and a description of the issue. Share photographs through Messenger or WhatsApp when helpful. We will discuss the next steps with you. Any applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
