- Tell us your budget and date. Include your postcode and any occasion or deadline. This helps us check production time and discuss delivery or Adelaide collection.
- Review the details together. We confirm what we can make, suitable materials, sizing, price and delivery arrangements. A photo is a reference for discussion, not a promise of an exact copy.
- Confirm before work begins. We agree the order and payment arrangements directly. Sending an enquiry or requesting a quote does not take payment or reserve a place in the making schedule.

You can enquire from anywhere in Australia; please include your postcode so we can confirm whether delivery is available for your order and quote the cost. Adelaide collection may be discussed by arrangement. There is no public walk-in shop address listed.
